Guest Screening
All guests are screened and must produce appropriate identification i.e. current drivers license or passport.
Keys and Check-ins
- Basically there are 2 options, depending on your preference:
- We can either check the guests in with a Security Camera at front door and auto front Door Locks that we activate to let them in, or
- Guests can access a Key Safe from the property.
Guest Confirmation
Once guests have checked-in and are feeling at home, we send a simple text message to confirm everything is OK or answer any questions they may have.

Booklet (Instructional)
We work with you to create a booklet that outlines how guests can use items in and on the property. It typically includes kitchen appliances, TV, Wi-Fi, and outdoor items like barbeques.
Booklet (Activities)
We work with you to create a booklet of things to see and do in the area. It typically includes restaurants, bars, a local shopping guide, walking tracks, seasonal activities, family activities, historical sites, and attractions. Area maps can also help guests navigate the area more easily.
Guest Exit Checklist
On a guest’s departure we inspect the property condition and complete an Exit Checklist. We make sure everything has been left in good order and highlight any areas of concern.
Guest Follow Ups
We will forward messages and emails to encourage guest feedback. We know how important those 5-Star Reviews are.
